  • Assisting in the preparation of a written exit strategy
  • Assist in the selection of an M&A advisor and selection of other critical exit team members
  • Researching and stating an opinion of valuation and probability of successfully selling the company
  • Helping identify action items to prepare the company for sale and to complete the sale
  • Guide the CEO through the M&A transaction
