Who is

Ladd Richland

Ladd Richland is a seasoned CEO/Entrepreneur having started four companies and successfully exiting two of the four. His most notable business accomplishment was the founder and CEO of CRI, a leading provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Mr. Richland co-founded the company and established CRI as one of the most comprehensive solutions providers of software and services for human capital management in the market. Richland brings more than 31 years of experience in fostering and building high-growth companies. He is currently a private investor in business and Real Estate Ventures and serves Executive Advisory and Board Roles with Command Packaging, a 60M manufacturer of plastic bags for the Retail, Restaurant and Grocery Industries, Jiffy Lube and In-Flight Warning Systems, a Southern California Aerospace Firm, Digital Hire and Gravyworks.

Richland started his career at Sprint Corporation where he was the number one Sales Representative of 780 and later became one of the youngest managers in the company’s history. Richland is currently a Gold member of the of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and a past member of Entrepreneur Organization (EO) where he has held several officer and board member seats. He was named to the board of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Alliance (RPOA) and was an active member in the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM) and the Employment Management Association (EMA). Richland sat on the advisory council for the recruiting certification program at Cal State Dominguez Hills and was a frequent speaker at industry events. Richland earned a B.A. in economics from the UCLA College of Letters & Science and holds a certification in Entrepreneurship from the highly acclaimed MIT Enterprise Forum.
